Founded under the national "863" project, CEI is the leader and promoter of the technological development of polyester resin for powder coating in China. Over the years, CEI has been constantly carrying out product innovation and market development, and has been preferred in China's high-end powder coating market.
CEI has set up two production bases in Guangzhou and Wuhan, with designed production capacity of 20,000t/year. CEI has an improved quality management system andhigh-level testing laboratories, which have obtained ISO14000, ISO18000 andIATF16949 quality management system certifications. CEI’s products have been certified by Europe QUALICOAT, US UL and other authorities.
CEI began to carry out R&D of water-based industrial coatings in China in 1994 and realized the industrialization of water-based coatings for elevators in 2008. CEI has passed ISO14000, ISO18000 and IATF16949 quality management system certifications and is the organizer and supporter of Guangdong Metal Surface Treatment Engineering Technology R&D Center.
CEI’spolyester resin products aim at the transfer printing market of medium andhigh-end aluminum profiles. In response to the national policy of greenmanufacturing and low-carbon development in recent years, CEI has developed theseveral functional products including the tin-free, low-temperature setting, ultra-weatherproof and high temperature resistant polyurethane. These products are gainingmore market shares and have brought CEI remarkable reputation.
CEI’sproducts are widely used in automobile wheel hub and accessories, homeappliances, furniture, IT, agricultural/engineering machinery; CEI has becomethe industrial leader in high-speed coil steel, functional pipeline corrosionprevention, metal bonding, electrical insulation and other subdivided fields.
After years of technological development, the water-based coatings and otherexcellent products of CEI are widely used in automobile and parts,agricultural/engineering machinery, home appliances and digital electronics,electromechanical, steel structure, coiled material, rail transit and otherfields.
CEI is the vice chairman organization of the Society of Coatings and Finishing of CIESC (Powder Coatings), the chairman organization of Guangdong Powder Coatings Technology Innovation Alliance, the executive vice chairman organization of Guangdong Coatings Assosiation.
CEI has won several honorary titles, including the National High-Tech Enterprise, Innovative Enterprise in Guangdong Province, Famous-Brand Product in Guangdong Province, Top Ten National Brands of Powder Coatings in China, and Top Growth Enterprise in Guangzhou City. The comprehensive influence and brand awareness have been greatly improved.
CEI has a professional and technical talent team, consisting of over 50 chief experts, professor-level senior engineers, doctors and masters. CEI has undertaken over 30 provincial and municipal science and technology projects and projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology and won 20 national, provincial and municipal science and technology awards.
With support from the National Key Laboratory on Industrial Products Environmental Adaptability, Guangdong Enterprise Technology Center, Guangdong Metal Surface Treatment Engineering Technology R&D Center, and Guangdong Low-Carbon and Environmental-Protection Industrial Coatings Engineering Technology Research Center, CEI has been focusing on product quality improvement and technological innovation.
CEI has 72 authorized patents and was awarded by China National Intellectual Property Administration as the National Intellectual Property Advantage Demonstration Enterprise in 2019.
