(Reported by Gao Yipan from Complete Set Equipment Co., Ltd) On November 25, 2020, the Reading Session for the Party member cadres of Complete Set Equipment Co., Ltd was simultaneously held in Conference Room 2102 of Huadu Industrial Park and Video Conference Room 1314 of CEI. The session was presided over by Zhou Yuling, Secretary of CPC General Branch of Complete Set Equipment Co., Ltd. The attendees included Cui Wei, Chairman of Complete Set Equipment Co., Ltd, Gu Zebo, Deputy Secretary of CPC General Branch and General Manager of Complete Set Equipment Co., Ltd., Xie Conghu, Zhong Xihong, Zhao Xin, Chen Ji, all Deputy General Managers of Complete Set Equipment Co., Ltd., Yu Heqing, Chief Engineer of Complete Set Equipment Co., Ltd, as well as the branch committees, middle-level cadres and Party members of CPC General Branch of Complete Set Equipment Co., Ltd. At this session, all attendees specially studied the guiding principles of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, Volume III.

The Party members and cadres present read the key chapters of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, Volume III in turn. Then, Secretary Zhou shared what she thought of Xi’s Report at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China after structured study. She emphasized that the Party is the highest political leadership force. She required that efforts should be made to develop all branches into strong battle fortresses. She added that facing the current complicated development situation, all Party member cadres must be determined to forge ahead, remove all kinds of interference, and take pride in assuming responsibilities. At the two conference sites, Chairman Cui Wei and General Manager Gu Zebo respectively called on all Party member cadres to participate in political theoretical study and to deeply understand General Secretary Xi Jinping’s instructions on Party building of state-owned enterprises. The two leaders urged that all Party member cadres should apply what they have learned into actual work, continuously improve their awareness of aims and responsibilities, and promote the company’s high-quality development.

By reading the original texts and understanding the principles, all attendees have continuously developed greater consciousness of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core and keep in alignment. Meanwhile, in doing so, they have fostered stronger confidence in the path, theory, system and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and they have become firm in upholding General Secretary Xi Jinping’s core position in both the Party Central Committee and the Party as a whole upholding the Party Central Committee’s authority and its centralized, unified leadership. Through this reading seminar, these Party member cadres have furthered their understanding of the core ideas of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. In the future, they will keep forging ahead to build a new development pattern for the company.
